The Emley Show Is Back

Emley Show is back following a break of two years. Once again, the show will be held “up by the mast” at Factory Farm, Emley Moor, HD8 9TE. Here at Earnshaws, we are delighted to be a sponsor again this year.

Emley Show is one of the best attended and respected agricultural days out in Yorkshire, and a great day out for all the family. It is a true agricultural show and is set against a picturesque backdrop, affording magnificent views across Huddersfield and beyond. The amazing location ‘beneath the mast’ in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside allows families and exhibitors alike to enjoy a wide range of activities, agricultural events, country crafts, family entertainment, and competitions. Around 12,000 visitors pass through our gates each year, attracting families from all over Huddersfield, Wakefield, Leeds, Bradford, Sheffield, Kirklees, Calderdale, Yorkshire, and beyond.

Emley Show is a true agricultural show day out thousands of exhibits across hundreds of classes and competitions including cattle, sheep, goats, poultry, eggs, heavy horses, vintage tractors, and dry-stone walling; show jumping, horse showing, shire horses, and gymkhana; rabbits, hamsters, cage birds, handicrafts, horticulture, floral art, cookery, photography, art and wood carving; plus the children’s classes and the fun dog show.
