Garden playhouses from Earnshaws are constructed with safety in mind. Built by TGB, they meet trading standards BS5665 and have the assurance of the CE Mark safety features, including acrylic safety glass, planed and rounded corners on all the framing, staircases with horizontal tread, and handrails. Doors are fitted with anti-trap plastic strip to prevent finger injury.
TGB garden playhouses come treated with quality water-based wood preservative prior to delivery. For added longevity we advise a topcoat after installation, and each year thereafter. As timber is a natural product, it is subject to changes due to environmental conditions. To minimise contraction and expansion it is important to maintain your wooden playhouse regularly.
