Earnshaws Fencing Centres’ Silver Birch used at Wetherby Races!

For many years Earnshaws Fencing Centres have had many different types of customers thoughout Yorkshire, and some of them are less obvious than you might think. Its not always cut down timber that our customers want, sometimes its more than that.

One example is our Birch trees which play an important part at Wetherby Races. Some of the jumps are made up of Silver Birch harvested from our very own local woods. The pictures below show one of our contractors who specialises in this type of work harvesting for the Wetherby jump fences in 2014.

This week sees a big meet at Wetherby Race Course, its Wear a Hat Day in aid of charity.
